RESEARCH ASSISTANT
Qurratu obtained a bachelor’s degree at the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB University) majoring in Aquatic Resources Management in 2017 and a master’s degree majoring in Marine Affairs at Xiamen University in 2020. Her research interest is the aquatic environment and anthropogenic impacts on it, such as nutrient enrichment in seawaters around residential areas. She also has an interest in education and has experience teaching in various volunteer activities. Qurratu has joined CSERM UNAS as a research assistant since 2021. Currently she is involved in the sustainable sea cucumber cultivation development program in Selayar by CSERM UNAS funded by the Darwin Initiative.
